One of the many unique strengths of Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. is the active participation of principal officers in the preparation of reports, studies, plans, specifications and in the management of construction projects, including inspection. In each of the major disciplines, a principal of the firm is in charge and normally spends at least half his time in the production of engineering documents. Established 1965 (Founding Company Formed in 1946) PEC was created in 1965 by the merger of three engineering design firms. These Civil, Mechanical, Structural, & Electrical firms combined their capabilities together to establish one Professional Association.
